Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Orbitech (“Orbitech,” “we,” “us”), a marketplace for verified-human content operated by Mohammad Adeeb Darweesh Ibrahim as a sole proprietor based in Indonesia, at joinorbitech.com and the Orbitech mobile application (together, the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Who may use Orbitech
You must be at least 18 years old to use Orbitech. By using the Platform you represent that you are 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. Creators must complete identity verification before withdrawing funds. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for fraud, policy violations, or attempts to submit non-original or AI-generated content as human-made.
2. What Orbitech does
Orbitech connects brands with creators for user-generated content (UGC), disclosed sponsored posts, and managed campaigns. Brands fund deals into escrow; creators submit content; content is checked through our verification process; and on approval, funds are released to the creator’s wallet. Orbitech is a marketplace and is not a party to the underlying content agreement between a brand and a creator, except as expressly stated here.
3. Accounts and verification
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. To move money, creators complete identity verification (government ID and a liveness face scan) through our verification provider. Submitted content may be checked against your verification record to confirm the verified person appears in it, and screened by automated tools. Verification does not guarantee any outcome, deal, or payment.
4. Content, ownership, and licensing
You retain ownership of content you create. For UGC deals, you grant the brand the license described in the deal terms once the deal is approved and paid; Orbitech facilitates that license and any extensions. You represent that content you submit is your own original work, that you filmed or created it, that you have all rights to grant the license, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights. Submitting content you did not create, or AI-generated content presented as human-made, is a material breach and grounds for a permanent ban.
5. Payments, fees, and escrow
Brands fund deals in advance into escrow held through our payments provider. Orbitech charges a platform fee of 20% of the deal value; creators receive 80%. The same split applies to content licensing. A one-time identity-verification fee of US$1 applies at a creator’s first withdrawal. Payouts are processed after a clearing period. During beta, payouts may be issued manually. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you earn.
6. Disclosure and advertising rules
For sponsored posts, you must comply with all applicable advertising-disclosure laws (including clearly marking paid content, for example with #ad). You are responsible for following the rules of any third-party platform on which you post. Orbitech does not post on your behalf or on your account.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: submit fraudulent, stolen, or AI-generated content as human-made; create multiple or fake accounts; misrepresent your identity, location, or audience; circumvent fees or verification; or use the Platform for anything unlawful. Violations may result in withheld payments, account termination, and a permanent ban.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any earnings, deal volume, content performance, or that verification will detect every instance of fraud or synthetic content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbitech and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to Orbitech in the three months before the claim, or US$100.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbitech and its operator from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Platform, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using Orbitech at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.
